Interview with Dimitrina Atanasova

Dimitrina Atanasova has been working at mould2part since 2018. She started as an employee in the finishing department and now heads a team of three.

How did you come to mould2part?
To be honest, by chance. mould2part had advertised this position on the Internet, which I applied for and ultimately got.

How was your personal development at mould2part?
I started at mould2part in June 2018. At that time, I was going through a difficult phase in my private life, for which I received a lot of understanding and support from the management. In 2020, I was promoted to team leader in finishing and in 2022 I was also given the opportunity to work in order processing. I am very grateful for the support and development opportunities that mould2part has given me.

What does your everyday life at mould2part look like?
My working day starts with planning the tasks for my team, which consists of three great women. Then I take care of the e-mails, orders, customs declarations and invoices in order processing. My tasks are very varied and diverse, which I particularly like.

Is there a favorite project or a very special day that has remained in your memory?
There are many good days and special experiences at mould2part. However, it is often the seemingly small things, such as positive feedback internally or from customers, that are particularly memorable and motivating.

What do you particularly like about mould2part and your work?
What I particularly like is the informal working environment. We work hard, but thanks to our team spirit, we also have a lot of fun!
